Former Freelancer - Field Sales Representative says

"Arrived to do a weeks training and that's what we did. Buy your own hotel rooms, food, turn up every day, receive the training packs, complete the course - go off and get deals and deposits, get customers excited - and guess what? No backup - no support , no return on calls to the customer for sales rep or customers for weeks? Not professional in any way and surprised that anyone is falling for this."

Former Freelancer - Field Sales Representative says

"I could probably go on forever. Management absolute ............ Can’t say the word but I’m sure you get it. No support. Make you run around the country like a headless chicken. Whilst giving all the best leads to one guy. Leads are so poor they’re expecting free solar panels. You can make a sale maybe 1 every 2-3 weeks but the amount you spend on fuel it’s simply not worth it. They also trade under Project Solar, when you do make a sale under Zanussi, Project Solar will go in and under quote it. So eventually it gets cancelled but they still get a sale. You will only get commission if prices at full price."

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"Bad safety, don’t care about staff, favourites do ok, warehouse and finance are bullies"
